Please be aware that we have a smaller volunteer pool than in the past.
We have taken a few steps to maximize your efforts to make this years’ Festival a winner..

1. If you normally work in a specific area or have been recruited by the event captain, please complete the form but let us know on the form that you have already been recruited. That way you won’t be counted twice and we will be better able to assign other volunteers where and when they are needed.
2. We have reduced the number of choices by grouping similar activities or eliminating the choice where we already have a full staff of volunteers.
3. Please be aware that although we rarely use the rain date, the same number of volunteers will be needed.
