The 8 O'clock Shrine Community has it's traditional daily and Sunday liturgy and fosters a Hospitality Ministry, a Eucharistic Ministry, and a Marriage Ministry.

Sunday Mass is celebrated at 8:00 a.m., as well as daily Mass on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Mass on Tuesday and Thursday is celebrated at 5:30 p.m. Devotions in honor of Saint Joseph are held on Sundays at 3:00 p.m. All people are most welcome to attend these religious services.

The Hospitality Ministry was organized by Bob Cavanaugh with the approval of Father Peter Krebs. The first Sunday of the month was established as Hospitality Sunday. Refreshments are served after Mass on Hospitality Sunday. In addition, the Hospitality Ministry accepted the responsibility for greeting visitors to the Shrine. This includes the large number of adult and school retreats that are held at the Shrine of Saint Joseph.
