 The mission of The Shrine of St. Joseph is to journey with those who seek God in these trying times. We invite you to share in that vision by selecting The Shrine of St. Joseph for your group’s day of Spiritual Renewal.
Nourish your soul while surrounded by the relaxing grandeur of nature. You and your group will have the opportunity for Mass, Confession, Private/Group Prayer, and conferences on the Spiritual Life given by a Shrine Priest.

 Nourish your body with a delicious, hot home-cooked meal prepared by our Sisters and served by our Priests in the Shrine residence dining room.

Days of Renewal for groups of 20 to 50 people are held Wednesday through Sunday from 9:30 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. during the months of March, April, May, and June and September, October and November. We ask for a donation of twenty seven dollars per person.
If you have less than 20 people, we can arrange a day and would be happy to assist you. Individuals are welcome to join any scheduled Day of Group Renewal. Facilities for large groups of 51-200 people are available at very reasonable rates, with or without Shrine staff, for Days of Renewal, Seminars, etc.

As you celebrate your faith journey here, we welcome you to:



 
  •  Visit our Chapel
     
  •  Write your special intentions in the Book found in the Chapel Vestibule. They will be remembered at the Masses and in the prayers said at the Shrine.
     
  •  Light a candle in the Hall of Saints.
     
  •  Walk our glorious grounds.
     
  •  Pray at our outdoor Stations of the Cross and our outdoor Shrines honoring St. Joseph, The Blessed Mother, Our Lady of Fatima, St. Anne, Mother Cabrini, St. Anthony and The Holy Cross.
     
  •  Browse our Gift and Book Shop

  • The Tower of Remembrance was built to honor the 9/11/01 innocent victims with reverence and hope for healing.
  • The lovingly restored original Shrine to St. Joseph with its memory walk and landscaping inviting us to peaceful prayer.

STUDENT RETREATS

AT THE SHRINE, YOU AND YOUR STAFF CAN CONDUCT STUDENT RETREATS for 6th, 7th, 8th graders and High School Students Tuesday through Friday (9:30-3:45) for only $7.00 per person! Young people can prepare for special events such as Confirmation or Graduation. Many young people enjoy the Shrine’s spectacular scenery and "laid-back welcoming atmosphere". We are blessed with a large, modern auditorium, easily accessible to the chapel, rest rooms, parking lot, Gift/Book Shop and grounds. Our grounds, designed for simple, non-intrusive supervision, provide you, your staff and students a spacious area for games, picnics or just plain relaxation! School Administrators love the price!
